BIBLE STUDY: A FOCUS ON PATIENCE
DEALING WITH TRYING TIMES AND TRYING PEOPLE
“Be silent in the Lord’s presence and wait patiently for him. Don’t be angry because of the one whose way prospers or the one who implements evil schemes.”
(Psalm 37:6-8 [vs 7] (ISV modified)
“I would have lost heart, unless I had believed
That I would see the goodness of the Lord
In the land of the living.
14 Wait confidently and expectantly on the Lord;
Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart;
Wait, I say, on the Lord!”
(Psalm 27:13-14 NKJV)
In Christ We Can Be Patient And Stay Hopeful!
Keep yourself calm and don't be agitated when the wicked seem to get ahead with their evil plans. As you go through your everyday life in Christ, be patient, He'll show you how to deal with your situations.
Everybody, including the great people of the bible, goes through times when we want to give up.
Those are the times when we have to be patient with ourselves and also patient with God. We have to be patient, confidently expecting God to do something that's going to help us.
God will give us mental, emotional and physical strength.
So, have patience and don't give up!!!
